Achhnera is located at 27.18°N 77.77°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 167 metres (547 feet).

Achhnera comes under Tehsil Kiraoli. It is reachable through Agra Jaipur Highway. The city is connected by rail as well. It is connected to Agra, Jaipur, Kanpur and Mathura by train track.
