Vagator Beach Resort Goa - Vagator Beach Goa

Vagator is an attractive little bay between rocky headlands with a small series of small beaches particularly attractive in the early morning, though the sea is not always safe for swimming. This beautiful Vagator beach is located about 22 Kms from Panaji and is situated in Bardez taluka. The nearby attractions are Anjuna Beach, Chapora Fort. Chapora Fort is on a hill at the end, fairly well preserved.

The dark clouds, the green swaying palm trees, the green hills at a distance and the ocean waves hitting the shore – I was looking at this photo from a previous year trip to Goa. This is the picture of Goa in monsoon very different from the otherwise peak tourist season. Brings back all my memories of the beautiful monsoon days spent there.

Vagator can be ideally summed up as Goa's dreamland. Perfect for a pleasant time along with your family members, Vagator has been the preffered choice for film makers and foreign tourists owing to its picture perfect natural setting. Vagator is divided into three parts, the north Vagator beach and the Ozrant beach, also known as the mini Vagator beach. The third section lies between the two, known as Tel Aviv or middle Vagator. All the three beaches promise a refreshing and rejuvenating time in the lap of mother nature.
